Food at Copper Chimney – Bangalore
Situated on the 2nd floor of Phoenix Mall in Whitefield area in Bangalore. Copper Chimney is famous for its all brass-copper interiors and cutlery. The ambiance is rustic with a section for open seating. The space for movement is limited and found only few staff members on the floor on a busy Sunday dinner service.
Ordered Navratan Korma along with Kadhai Paneer. The Navratan Korma was a little on the sweeter side but filled with peas. The peas were hard and the gravy consisted of Pineapple, Paneer and other vegetables. The gravy was made from rich cream and cashew paste. The Kadhai Paneer had tomato based along with large cubes of Paneer and capsicum. The taste was good. The gravies were accompanied with different breads like Butter Naan and Tandoori Roti, no complains there.
The service at Copper Chimney was no upto the mark. You may have to look for a staff members for a while, before they notice your needs. Even after acknowledging your needs the requirement may take a while when if it is as simple as getting water.
