As we finished our selections we had the option to review your cart and choose an appropriate delivery slot in the next few days or even hours. There is even a cash on delivery option. All deliveries are free above Rs. 500.GM

The products were delivered as per the slot the next day. The vegetables and fruits were fresh as if we have been to any sabzi mandi (Vegetable Market) that too on the first hour. On top of that, first time customers get Rs. 200 off. GrocerMax has made the experience of online grocery shopping fun again.

    Initially when I started ordering from this company it seemed pretty cool however the customer service for faulty orders is not in place.
    – first time I had requested a replacement for a spoilt milk (NESTLE tetra pack of Slim Milk) and it was NOT taken care of ..
    – second time I was supplied 10 packets of TONED DANONE milk in place of the actual order of SLIM DANONE milk.

    Last two days I am trying to get them to replace the milk and have talked to several different people over 3 separate calls.

    There seems to be no registration of complaints process in place .. so each time you ask about the follow up you’ll have to repeat it afresh ALL OVER AGAIN.
    And BECAUSE they have NO NOTING down system there is no guarantee that your complaint will get addressed at all.

    Unless you are adamant and continue calling repeatedly – MAYBE

    They do not apologize for the mistake and make no effort to correct it.

    So if the owners and entrepreneurs are reading this (does not seem possible to access ANY knowledgeable person even if you ask to speak to a senior manager) kindly take note if you wish this company to thrive and build its customer base and good will.

      Dear Sujata,

      It is so true. I called up them for refunding the items that were not delivered and they just had no clue about it. It was only after 4 days that I got a message. On top of that some of the items were wrong altogether just like your Toned milk case. Very frustrating at times!

      But I would give them credit because they actually deliver in any weather keeping in mind the soaring temperatures these days. Also I found that the vegetables were very fresh compared to other places.

      There are some up and down in all services, but they really need to revamp their customer support if they want to retain them.

    On the contrary I had a better experience. My first order – Tupperware + a staples bundle, reached on time, in perfect condition. Few items were out of stock in my next order, and they duely informed about the fact. To each his own, can’t say more – grocery is just something new on etailing, and grocermax has started now only, may be they have some initial hurdles.

    First orders are good for everyone. They cancelled my order and following day delivered everything and now not coming to pickup reverse order. I am calling since 2 days they either do not pick-up or they say someone will call back in 5 minutes. Terrible experience.

      Well I ordered multiple times and had a good experience… except one time when they delivered another product…. looks like as they grow bigger the problems get bigger as well…..

    Order number 145024082.I make this order last month on 12Sep. Two items were not delivered. I got mail that I’ll get refund for this but it’s already 1 month passed. I’m calling after every 2 days on your toll-free number from last month. Every time I called I got response that I will get back my money within 2-3 working days but still I’m waiting. It was first time when I did shopping from it’s really bad experience with you guys

    There are many problems with website and customer care also. Very rarely their customer care number get connected and the customer care guys are never able to understand the problem and to solve it. I have ordered more than 10 time from your website but i never got my full order delivered. The show products in listing but always exclude so many items from delivery.

    I have been ordering from them for some time now.Its been my best online grocery shopping experience so far .My only minor quibble is that they don’t have a lot of variety unlike a lot of other grocery sites .Else this is a great place to shop!
