Hard Rock Cafe – Music, Burger and Drinks
Hard Rock Café is not doubt one of the most iconic pubs around. With a total of 209 venues in 67 countries, Hard Rock Café owns one of the largest collection of music memorabilia around the globe with a unique collection of fashion as well as music related merchandise. The outlet in Bangalore / Bengaluru located on MG Road is no different and the entire décor is filled with music memorabilia. Hard Rock Café is associated with a number of music events happening every now and then. The ambiance is filled with amazing numbers from famous artists. Hard Rock Cafe is famous for its legendary burgers and cocktails!
Been there as part of the World Burger Tour which starts on the 1st of June until 31st July. Visitors can also participate in a trilling Burgerthon – an inter café pan Indiaburger challenge – the person eating their burger the fastest is declared as winner. The place is huge with a large bar area on one of the sides. HRC is also famous for its music and fashion related merchandise therefore most of the HRC outlets has a separate section to sell these.
We tried a number of drinks to celebrate the World Burger Tour starting from the shots like Limona Bomb, Skittles Bomb and the Jaber Bomb. Each one of these is unique in flavor and taste. Next we tried the Cocktails like the El Matador, All Jacked Up, Watermelon Hoedown, Hangman’s Blood, Crisp Sipper, Melonpalooza, Citrus Summer Shandy and the Sweet and Fiery. Most of the drinks were made with fruit juices and the presentation was distinctive. Loved the Watermelon Hoedown, Crisp Sipper and the Sweet and Fiery among others.
HRC has more than 160 local burger across its store worldwide. Their Indian counterparts also has some amazing creations. We tried the Mediterranean Veg Burger, which is made from Mediterranean vegetables and spices which are infused in this grilled burger, topped with spicy mango aioli, cheddar cheese and spinach slaw. Next we had the Lebanese Veg Burger, who would have imagined a burger with Falafels, the burger is made with Lebanese spice, lettuce, tomoto, garlic aioli, hummus sauce, veg pickles, cheddar cheese. The Caribbean Veg Grilled Burger was one of my favorites as it had a smooth and spicy fusion of vegetables and brown lentil Caribbean spices, topped with Cheddar cheese, quinoa relish, sunflower seeds. The Mexican Quesedilla Veg Burger was no different and completely out of the world. With a fusion of polenta, spices, sweet corn, beans and vegetables flavored with tangy enchilada salsa, swiss cheese, nacho straws and avocado on top. Each of the burgers comes with a portion of French fries. But we also tried the Masala Fries made from crispy chilli on top and served with garlic aioli, chimi churi mayo and sweet chilli dip.
No doubt Hard Rock Café is one of its kind with the great service and amazing music and burgers. Don’t forget to choose your favorite burger on this World Burger Tour.
