The menu typically consists of a salad, whole wheat rotis/parathas, 2 vegetable dishes, curd and a rich item. The one that I got had the following items – Sprout Salad, Green Moong Dal with Dill, Multi Grain Phulka, Jeera Curd, Millet Pulao, Adraki Gobhi. The good thing about Jiyo Natural is the fact that the taste of the food is still intact and they would vouch for a step forward to healthy life. The Millet Pulao was the main highlight of the meal in terms of taste while the Green Moong Dal with Dill was fantastic.
- Jiyo Manage: Is a personalized balanced diet meal based on your health conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol or thyroid. A dietician would take your preferences and prepared a meal plan for you. This meal comes as a typical tiffin box which is taken back by the Jiyo Natural staff the next day. The meal that I tried comprised of Chana Chaat, Tendli Pyaz Ki Sabzi, Spinach with Sweetcorn, Dal Tadka, Whole Wheat Phulkas, Tomato Rice, Mix Vegetable Raita, Ragi Vermicelli Kheer. The Spinach with sweetcorn was outstanding in taste while the Ragi Vermicelli Kheer was a perfect example of a healthy dessert.
The best thing about Jiyo Natural is the fact that the taste of the food was really good and at the end of the day you don’t feel heavy. The dietician even taken your feedback and recommends changes to your diet every few weeks.
