Yummus was started by a bunch of food enthusiasts who loved Hummus so much that they thought of starting a business of it. Their range of Hummus starts right from the Classic one along with 4 flavored ones – Spinach, Roasted Pepper, Beetroot and Carrot. They also sell pita bread and lavash alongside. The Hummus are made from the freshest ingredients with no preservatives, no artificial flavors. They even add rock salt instead of normal salt.
Hummus is made by grinding 3 main ingredients – chickpeas, tahini and water. Hummus is a great source when is comes to dietary fibers, as it improves the health of our gut. It is also a rich source of protein, iron, manganese, phosphorus, VitB, among others; especially for vegetarians and vegans who lack these essentials in other food sources. Roasted Bell Pepper Hummus – Probably my favorite one, as it is made with roasted bell peppers and spices. This gives the Hummus a bit of a smoky flavor.
Beetroot Hummus – This hummus is made with beetroot which gives it a rich pink color. The taste is very smooth with aftertaste of garlic.
Whole Wheat Pita Bread – Made with whole wheat flour, this bread has all the nutrients you need for your whole day. Goes well with any kind of Hummus.
