An Unusual Food Experience at ‘Impromptu’

Located under the green wings of Vatika Towers on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon Impromptu takes you to a tropical setting. The place is centrally located in between beautiful vegetation. There are two parts to this outlet – one controlled by air-conditioning and the other natural open setting. The high ceiling give this place the much needed elevation. The entire place just lit up during night time and becomes a paradise out of nowhere and becomes a ecosystem of its own.

The seating arrangement is beautifully segmented while low dim lights give this place a rustic look. The bar is at the center. In short the ambiance is amazing. We went for the Dinner Buffet which comes with unlimited appetizers. The place has live kitchen for a few items and has a huge salad bar on one end. To make things easy the management needs to write down there Buffet offerings somewhere as we didn’t find it anywhere.

The service really stands out and was quite impressive throughout the night. Overall, the North Indian main course failed to impress but the complete salad bar and the live kitchen were extremely spectacular. Adding a beverage to the Buffet would really make it complete. Impromptu really gives a healthy kick to our Buffet’s.
