Jago Grahak Jago

Recently my chocolate obsession was smashed. I found bits of plastic particles in Nutties (ya our very own adorable chocolate with nuts). I complained about it to the Cadbury authorities. They send an executive at home to take down my complain.

The guy, lets call him Mr. S arrived on a Monday morning. Took down my complain. He wanted me to hand over the Nutties chocolate packet to him so that he can take it to lab and test it. I gave him the whole packet. I wasn’t worried about what the plastic particles would be doing in my stomach, but worried about the children who hurriedly eat them without knowing its ill-effects.

Mr. S finally handed over a large Cadbury Celebrations Pack to me with an extra Nutties packet. And told me ‘Welcome to Cadbury Family‘.

Guess what? I took out some Nutties and kept it in the pocket while he was writing my complain (*Wink*). If they don’t come up with results soon, I have to take them to an independent lab myself and then to the Consumer Court.

Hail Yeah !! Indian are so reluctant to complain if any product is found tampered or has illicit particles. Please complain to the respective companies and if you don’t hear from them its always optionally to file a Consumer Right case. The quality of any product should be tested thoroughly before launching them in market. Each consumer is protected under the Consumer Protection Act. Jago Grahak Jago.

After all its a matter of not only your health but thousands others.
