Mumbai is one of the outlets were you can try delicious Maharastraian food. Have tried their Pav Bhaji for a couple of time. The Pav Bhaiji is great and comes with butter soaked breads roasted perfectly. The taste of the Pav Bhaji is not too spicy but just right. The taste just come alive with the lemons and butter on top! The other item to die for was the Dabeli. The breads were soft and the stuffing was delicious. But since my last visit the Dabeli is no longer on the menu! The Vada Pav was also great and very spicy. The Vada Pav comes with roasted chillies, they are just awesome. The other item we tried was the Misal Pav. The taste was not so great and the Misal was too watery. Also the preparation was not from the traditional recipe.
We also tried the Sev Puri. The Puri was stuffed with mashed potato and then chutneys were poured on top with a generous amount of sprinkled Sev.
