Only at Millennials

Millennials is a pub and lounge café located in JP Nagar, directly opposite to Vega City Mall on Bannerghatta Road. It is an extensive of Crumb Together with a more colorful décor. The interiors are beautifully done with lights and cast iron. There are different type of seatings here with closed sections as well as open. You can even seat and enjoy right on the edge of the road and see the world pass by. The menu here comprises of Indian, continental and Chinese dishes.

The bar at Millennials is even more colorful as we tried couple of their drinks. The Cucurbitnic is made with fresh cucumbers, basil leaves, pineapple and triple sec. The flavor of cucumber was beautifully blended and wasn’t overpowering at all. The Kiwi Swell is made of fresh kiwi extract with triple sec and lime juice. It was delicious. Next, we had an amazing experience at the bar trying the Russian Mafai and Millennials on Fire. Both the drinks are highly interactive. The Russian Mafai is made of three shots made in litchi, orange and sprite. The bartender hits you in the head before handing them over one by one. The Millennials on Fire is a fire drink made with pineapple juice, lime and grenadine. The display is fantastic as the lights are dimmed.

When it comes to food we had the Asparagus Soup and the Lemon Coriander Soup. The Asparagus soup was very rich made with almonds, cream. What makes this soup so unique is a large sphere of ricotta cheese inside. The Lemon Coriander soup is made with finely chopped vegetables, coriander leaves and lemon. The soup was flavorful with a bit of lemon flavor.

At Millenials you can try some very unique appetizers like the Corn Chops, Crispy Avacado/Beetroot Puri and the Schezwan Cheese Fritters. The Corn Chops are deep fried fitters with corn. Served with mayo, this was very delicious. The Avacado and Beetroot Puri are filled appetizers inside a pani puri. They come with avocado and beetroot stuffings. Just enjoy every bite. The Schezwan Cheese Fritters are deep fried delicacies filled with chopped vegetables in schezwan sauce. Goes really well with drinks!

For the main course we tried the Penne Basil Pasta and the Veg Falghuni with Phulka. The Pasta was filled with pesto and cream along with olives and broccoli. The sauce was thick and the pasta was topped with loads of cheese. The Veg Falghuni is a blend of many vegetables made in rich thick gravy. The gravy is served with phulka. The gravies wasn’t very spicy and is a perfect end to our meal.

Lastly, we tried some of the most delicious desserts around. The Dates and Toffee Pudding is a rich date cake topped with toffee sauce. The toffee sauce was fresh and melted in the mouth. The combination was out of the world as the dessert wasn’t very sweet, just perfect. Lastly, we tried their Honey Baked Yogurt. This is indeed a ninth wonder of the world where the honey was layered below the yogurt. The combination of the yogurt along with a touch of honey was indeed fantastic. Will go back to Millennials specially for their desserts!

Overall, Millennials is a great place to sit, relax and enjoy interactive drinks and some of the best desserts!
