The Monsoon Masala festival is available till 1st July from Monday to Saturday. The buffet at Melange has more than 85+ items on the spread. It comprises of many live counters like the Delhi Chaat Counter and more. Some of the best items from the Chaat counter to try is the Kachori Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Pani Puri, Papdi Chaat and so on. The Chef just blew our minds off with the Kachori Chaat as it had all the flavors in the world – sweet, sour, tangy. There is even a person roaming around with fantastic cutting tea.

At Melange there is always something for all. The appetizers counter served a handful of more starters like the Peas Tikki, Dimsums, Chola Bhatura and Pav Bhaji. The Dimsums were just perfect and we took another serving of it. The Chola Bhature was great as well and tasted just like we were in Delhi. Loved their Pav Bhaji as well. We even asked for a Dosa and the Chef was kind enough to serve it to us quickly even though it was not on the display.

The spread at Melange has a variety of salads, cold cuts, cheeses, drinks and so on. Moving past these items is the main course which houses a handful of Indian curries, Chinese/Thai dishes and dishes from other cuisines. We had the Pad Thai Noodles which were spicy and tangy, loved it! The Pesto Spaghetti was also good. The Malabar Biryani was served in a special clay pot and was mild in spices.

The display of desserts at Melange is worth a watch. There are different figures made from chocolates which are simply amazing to adore. We had the Mango Kheer, it was made with Rabdi and Mango slices. The Chocolate Mille Feuille was out of the world. This layer chocolate pastry was delicious. There were plenty of other pastries, Indian sweets and baked goods to enjoy.
