Embrace the Indian Flavors at Chefactory
Chefactory is located on Outer Ring Road close to Kadubeesanahalli Bus Stop near Cessna Tech Park, Bangalore. Chefactory was founded to revive the flavors of India and make it more accessible to the residents of Bangalore. This small outlet serves North Indian curries, Biryanis and appetizers. The décor is simple with the use of colors like orange and black. The main focus for this outlet is delivery to near by places.
We tried the Paneer Adhraki Tikka, Indonesian Grilled Mushroom, Veg Navrathna Seekh and the Veg Navrathan Seekh Roll for appetizers. The Paneer Adhraki Tikka had subtle flavors of ginger and comes with raw onions and green chutney. The Indonesian Grilled Mushrooms were super spicy grilled mushrooms. The taste was just fantastic. But the best item was the Veg Navrathna Seekh. The seekh had large chunks of nuts and raisins which made the taste even more delicious. The same for the Veg Navrathan Seekh Roll as it came in a roll form. We tried all these appetizers with the Icy Blue, a refreshing drink made from Blue curacao, mint and lemon.
For the main course we had the Paneer Makhani, Dal Makhani, Subz Kadai with Lachha Paratha. The Paneer Makhai was creamy with large chunks of Paneer in tomato based gravy. The Dal Makhani was creamy and flavorful and so was the Subz Kadai. You have an ample choice between breads that you can try out with and we choose the Lachha Paratha. But if your at Chefactory don’t miss out on the Biryani. We had the Subz Dum Biryani and it was incredible. One of the best Biryani’s in the town for sure. Comes with raita and michi ka salan to compliment. To end the sweet deal we had the house made Gulab Jamun which was hot and just melted in the mouth.
Chefactory bring the lost flavors of North Indian back into the palate of its customers.
