Assorted Drinks Menu at Smokey’s Barbeque and Grill
Smokey’s Barbeque and Grill is located in Khan Market, Delhi over 2 floors with an area dedicated to open seating. The outlet is 3rd in the countdown just after opening the Smokey’s BBQ and Grill – CyberHub, Gurgaon outlet. The place has a seating arrangement for approximately 50 people. The outlet was opened only a few weeks back. Smokey’s as the name suggests is famous for its amazing Barbeques, delicious grilled food and innovative drinks. The entire place is painted and decorated with light brown red color which gives their sofas a royal look. The entrance is studded with kinds like the Hammer of Thor or swords. The top floor is decorated with a wooden deer horn chandelier. Loved the entire atmosphere of the place with great music and décor.
Tried the Smokey’s Molecular creations like the Royale and the Deconstructed Water Melon Caprioska. The Royale was made from crème de cassis ravioli and prosecco; while the Watermelon drink was topped with mint air. The Mimosa Mimic, was a true mimicry to this classical drink . Lock, Stock & Smokin’ Barrel is one of the best drinks here and the smoky flavors would leave you mesmerized. Don’t forget to try the Smokin’ Cosmo Sipper, Caribbean Martini, Smokey’s Passion, The New Old Fashioned, Smokin’ Super Bowl of 1.5 liter. After trying Smokey’s range of cocktails, we were truly impressed with the innovation that went in creating each of the drinks. Smokey’s also has a huge range of Wines.
In appetizers we started with the Loaded Potato Skins which had potatoes stuffed with sour cream, chives and baked with cheddar cheese. The Zucchini French Fries was served with garlic aioli but a bit salty. The Yellow Chili Marinated Cottage Cheese Skewers with grilled cottage cheese & pepper skewers marinated with yellow chili sauce. The Burger Sliders were fantastic with the combination of Madras Curry burger and the Crispy Veg Burger. The BBQ Vegetables and Thyme Pizza was another delight. Tried the Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli – the ravioli were stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese then tossed in a tangy tomato caper sauce. Amazing combination of flavors. Smokey’s best item on the menu is the Smokey’s Style Spaghetti, an absolute must have. The smoky taste of the Spaghetti will blow your mind.
For Desserts we tried the Apple Crumble Pie, the crumble had made from load of butter and gave the dish a perfect balance. The Classic Mud Pie was filled with chocolaty goodness. Don’t forget to try the White Chocolate Mouse Paffe topped with pistachio and dark chocolate. The Banofee Pie was a homemade pastry topped with toffee, cream, banana & grated chocolate. The perfect end to this treat came from the Paan Mint Sheesha. The Sheesha came in an AK47 Gun form and had smooth minty flavor.
