A stop at Pizza Stop
Situated near Delmia Circle on Outer Ring Road, JP Nagar, Bangalore – Pizza Stop served only vegetarian dishes. The place is located on the ground floor of a service apartment. As soon as we entered the strong smell of mosquito coil welcomed us. There were two tables outside plus a handful more inside. The outlet was empty when we entered and looked more like a house rather than a restaurant. The mates on the table were not completely clean. We quickly ordered the Garlic Bread with Cheese and the Ultimate Pizza.
Garlic Bread with Cheese – The Garlic Bread didn’t have any salt at all, probably because of the use of unsalted butter. The salt on top didn’t help getting that perfect taste of garlic bread. The bread was soft though.
Ultimate Pizza – The thin crust pizza had spicy tomato sauce along with green chilies, pineapple and onions. The sauce was truly spicy, but the pizza had ultra-thin base which got hard after a while. The base really needs to be worked out. The pizza was super spicy with the sweetness of Pineapple.
Pizza Stop needs to come up with innovative menu and ingredients of high quality. The prices on the menu are inclusive of taxes.
